In order to achieve Unit 30 distinction part 1, this task was to evaluate the impacts of evolving output mediums on the design and creation of graphic images.

The impacts of evolving outputs medium and continuously evolving as the generations are always look to improve and get better than the other competition with businesses. Technology was as large and as basic as can be in the early age of the device. Mow that time has passed most devices try and become better with quality and size. There are plenty of examples in this.

HISTORY The telephone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell as he transmitted different harmonic noise which made out to be a voice. This was known as a multiple telegraph that was transmitted electrically. These telephones were connected by wires at the time, so this leads to overhead wires going along street lights and such. The bell phone was created in 1878. This device was created to notify people when the phone was ring loudly. This was created with a rotary dial. Eventually the telephone became too expensive to buy for each household so then the pay phone were introduced to the streets with dial buttons.
The first ever cordless telephone was invented in 1908. They used radio signals to pass messages on to each other. Yet this was also too expensive to purchase so pay phones were still used.  Years later the first ever cell phone was invented for the wars to come. Then after the war was over the cell phone was available to purchase. It was uncommon to own a cellphone as they were too expensive to even purchase.
After the years they the price of cell phones became cheaper as the materials used to make became more common. As time went past phones have gotten smaller and slimmer and smarter. As the competition of mobile phone brands started, prices of phones soon started to get more expensive. Key boards have turned into touch screen. Internet browsing was introduced to the hand held device. This was revolutionary as mobile phone is always being invented to be better than the other.

Gaming – on the first ever mobile phones, it did not have any games at first it did not have a screen to play it on. When the screen was introduced, simple games such as Tetris and Snake were added on to the entertainment area. Games became better and better as well as the phones did. Games on mobile phone gotten better as the touch screen was applied to most phones. In modern technology games on the mobile phone are being compared to some console games which is a step up.
Music – MP3s were at first separated from a mobile phone. Soon after they invented a mobile phone which stored a small amount of music tracks into the device. Later on more and more memory was added on into the device which able it to store more music. As the capacity of memory continuously increasing it is now able to play videos and movies from you mobile phone screen.
Email – messaging evolved over time as you use to be able to send emails on via computer which is connected to the internet. It is now accessible on mobile phones. You can also attach files while you send them to your receiver.
Camera – the evolution of cameras on mobile phones are also improving as time goes on. Phones were first built without them as they were to advance to build at the time. By 2013 it was very rare to see a mobile phone which does not have a camera. Megapixels on the camera became more detailed as each phone was released. There are now specific phone that have better cameras than others.
Pixelation – the history of pixelation has changed dramatically from small blocks which are visible to HD detailed images from the screen of the mobile screen. This made pictures and videos clearer to see.
Higher expectation
In this generation, the buyers expect so much from a mobile phone that it set a standard to follow. By setting the bar high, the producers of mobile phone must exceed the expectation to make the customers happy. Earlier as the blog mentioned, it is really rare to even seen a mobile phone still being used without the camera. Even if the camera is not used, it is still essential to have. An example of this radio of apple devices. As this no included for a while some customers complained and demanded for a radio on their mobile phones. Recently they reintroduced the iRadio.
There are more things such as apps. Quick access to Facebook, twitter and other popular social networks as more people would like to keep in touch with friends and family. Instant messaging is also vital in the mobile phone industry. We are now dependent on the use of mobile phone in case of emergency simply because it is the quickest way of using an help service. as most way of contact is now through a mobile phone device.
internet on the mobile phone has played a big role on everyday life. now you can access banks accounts through the use of a mobile phone. read, send and receive money through a portable handheld device.
Computers
Computers have now been pasted on through a few generations through history now. The first automatic computer was made in 1822. this computer only made hard copies and solved calculations. Not everyone had an computer as they were too expensive and to big to keep in a small house. In this day of ages computers did not do much at all yet was valued as everything. In modern society, the computer is looked at as a part of everyday life. Most household now own one computer that can now do more than it did 100 years ago. The computers in 1822 was not able to do not even a percentage of what they can do now. computers now are slimmer and smarter in every way. by no being able to watch live events through internet in full HD is revolutionary for the industry and more. now that there is no limit in create different monitors. the latest monitor they are looking into are the use of 3D viewing.
In today's day of age the evolution of technology has been radical. computers have no turned in to portable laptops which can send saved pieces of work to a hard drive at home. work documents can almost be accessed from anywhere. laptops have now turned into touch screen monitors which can benefit as some are almost as thin as a pad of paper yet do a lot more. these days companies are providing their workers with laptops to keep them close to work through the use of a monitor. Now monitors are developed to do anything virtually. As the use of monitors are still developing, it is making people feel as if they are losing the will to step outside their front door. People can meet there friends through the use of Skype and do their shopping online. this impacts the use of physical exercise.
Graphics - Printers
Graphics of technology is increasing as time go pass. most of the graphics we see in everyday life is normal to us but if we showed this time of technology to people 50 years ago they would be astonished. an good example of this would a printer. printers have been around for decades now. at first it would simply print in black and white. over time it was able to print in colour which benefited pictures, painting, leaflets and posters. by adding colour it made a use of attacking attention to the piece of paper. a while after engineers created leaser printers for their use in mechanical engineering. this saved time while producing what was needed yet this type of printer contained the technology that would enhance the growth of cancer cells so this had to be banded. But after this set back, 3D printing came and took its place in the leading technology board. 3D printers now print off literally anything if built to how ever big it is. it can also save lives as it is able to print human body part for those who need it the most. another interesting fact that it can do is that researchers are now looking towards building a 3D printer that can print food. this would be beneficial in lots of different ways. it would able to provide food for the poor and save animal species. a set back in creating a 3D print that is able to print food is that this device would be expensive to even build and purchase.
GPS is also improvements of the use of graphics. Maps try and lead to the destination where people are trying to reach. maps were first placed on a piece of paper then on to a smaller device to save space in a car or area of work. it now provides you with the place where you are at on the monitor of the device which saves time finding where you are and make sure you do not loose where you are. the graphics now come in street views and 3D view to make they instructions to follow much easier. GPS is constantly made easier to use and get use to. most of the time you would now speak your device for it know where you want to go.
